The InfoPoint – The Heart of Hospitality to Discover an Authentic Village


In the heart of the village of Castelsilano, the Tourist InfoPoint has been created—a modern reference hub for all those wishing to explore the cultural, natural, and food and wine treasures of the area. The InfoPoint is an integral part of the “Castelsilano Borgo Experience” project, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, with the goal of transforming the village into an immersive and interactive tourist destination.


A Fully Equipped Visitor Experience Hub
The InfoPoint has been outfitted with modern equipment and multimedia tools to provide an engaging and accessible experience:

  • 4K touch-screen multimedia totem
  • Workstations with desktop and laptop computers
  • Interactive TVs and projector for informational content
  • Audio system and wireless microphones for events and presentations
  • Welcome area with 30 seats for meetings and briefings
  • Fast and free Wi-Fi connection

A Physical and Digital Portal
The InfoPoint is fully integrated with the official Castelsilano Borgo Experience App, thanks to:

  • QR codes inside and outside the facility for quick access to tourist routes
  • Geolocated digital maps featuring cultural, nature, and food & wine itineraries
  • Videos, interviews, and detailed descriptions of points of interest

A Strategic Starting Point for Exploration
From the InfoPoint, a well-structured journey begins, guiding visitors through:

  • Cultural itineraries among churches, palaces, and monuments
  • Taste routes, featuring local producers and traditional products
  • Nature treks along the Lese River and the pastoral trails of Patia

Thanks to integration with the app and interactive signage, each visitor can customize their itinerary, receive support, and enjoy a fully tailored experience.
